Today was the children's Christmas church service at Peace Lutheran Church. Zoey and I got up early and had a good breakfast and headed out into the cold and ice so she could participate.
It was nice and cozy warm at the church...it helps to have some nice friends to huddle up with.
All of the children in the congregation retold the Christmas story in a bit of a non-traditional way this year and shared the message for the service. It was so fun to watch the kids and see how much the older ones have grown and to see the little ones up front and center with the big kids!

During the service a little brother of a friend scooted in and shared a seat with Zoey. :)

It was a great morning! So much to be thankful for and to look forward to. Feeling loved, blessed and cared for.
